All domestic and international orders are shipped via local couriers.
Order processing can take up to 3/5 working days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
In case of purchases made without payment of shipping costs (for particular ongoing promotions), the return will be accepted with a refund net of the costs incurred by CHILL for shipping to the customer.
This amount will then be deducted from the price of the returned items.
